Plant Description

It is an evergreen perennial meaning it keeps its leaves year-round can grow up to 200 cm tall.

Stem is horizontal, underground that stores nutrients and helps the plant reproduce.

Leaves are huge elephant ear, glossy, and arrow-shaped, reaching up to 90 cm long and 40 cm wide. Their prominent veins add to their beauty. The leaf-stalks emerge from a stout upright trunk

Flowers are inconspicuous, small, and hidden within a funnel-shaped or spoon-shaped spathe (modified leaf) that's usually green or white.

Fruit is ellipsoid-shaped and turn bright red when ripe, roughly 1.2 cm long and 0.8 cm wide.
