Plant Description

It is a trailing or climbing herb that can grow up to 200 cm in length.

Stem is cylindrical and slender. It is often branched and covered with a thin layer of hair.

Leaves are simple, ovate, and have a pointed tip. They are arranged alternately on the stem, 5-10 cm long and 3-5 cm wide. The leaves are green in color and have a smooth surface.

Flowers are small, white, and bell-shaped. They are arranged in clusters of 2-3 flowers. The flowers are 1-2 cm long and 1-2 cm wide, have 5 petals and 5 sepals.

Fruit is small, black berries that contain numerous seeds. The berries are 1-2 cm in diameter, are edible and have a sweet taste.
