Plant Description

It is epiphytic orchid growing on tree trunks or branches.

Stem is reduced to small, ovoid pseudo-bulb, 2-4 cm long, wrinkled, growing in clumps.

Leaves are two per pseudo-bulb, narrowly oblong, tapering, stalkless, 4-6 cm long and 1-1.5 cm wide.

Flowers are solitary, 2 cm across, emerging from a short stalk at the base of the pseudo-bulb. Sepals and petals greenish-yellow, lip with orange spots, base bright yellow, adorned with a few orange spots.
