Plant Description

It is perennial herb with a climbing or trailing growth habit.

Stem is softly hairy, measuring about 2.8-8.5 cm in length.

Leaves are heart-shaped, sometimes slightly arrow-shaped, measuring 8.7-17.1 cm long and 5.3 -13 cm wide. Leaf surface is smooth to velvety.

Flowers are showy, bell-shaped, 3-4.5 cm in diameter, with mauve or purple petals and a white center. Arranged in drooping clusters.

Fruit is rounded, greenish-tan, about 1.4-1.6 cm in diameter, containing dark brown seeds.
