The leaves are said to be a good vulnerary. Dye- Tannin obtained from the root bark is used as a brown dye for rope and also to preserve and strengthen rope that is to be immersed in water

Plant Description

Perennial climber.

Evergreen, compound with 3-7 elliptic leaflets.

Clusters of white or pale-yellow, lightly fragrant flowers, each about 2.5 cm across. Blooms profusely in late spring.
