Plant Description

It is evergreen perennial growing as a large clumping shrub or small tree forms a dense crown of foliage with new leaves emerging from the center.

Stem is short and inconspicuous, often described as a fleshy rhizome. This underground structure stores nutrients and helps anchor the plant.

Leaves are large, deeply lobed, and glossy green. Mature leaves can reach up to 100 cm long and wide, with finger-like lobes creating a dramatic, lacy appearance.

Flowers are inconspicuous, small, and hidden within a spathe (modified leaf) that's typically green or white.
